Gunner products are shipped via FedEx or UPS directly from our distributor, shipping chosen at checkout will apply to any other items in your order. Due to these items being shipped from our distributor, shipping times are not guaranteed and are excluded from our shipping policies. Standard processing time is 3-5 business days from the date the order is placed.

To clean:
Rinse with fresh water after each use. Use mild soap and soft brush as needed. Hang to air-dry fully before storage.
To maintain:
Store in a dry, ventilated area out of direct sunlight. Do not machine wash, tumble dry, or use harsh solvents.

Gunner items will ship directly from our distributor via FedEx or UPS and will ship separately from the rest of your order. Shipping method chosen at checkout will be applied to all other items in your order.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Gunner accepts returns & exchanges of unused/undamaged items. The process must be started within 30 days of original delivery. Please contact us to start a return.
Please note: All kennels ship in (1) large box. If you are considering returning or exchanging, keep your original box and floor liner in place. Failing to do so can result in an additional $100 return fee in addition to the 3% return fee for all returned items purchased from Wildrose Trading Company. If the customer does not keep the original box that the product arrived in, the customer will be responsible for the full return shipping cost of the kennel.
Free return shipping for unused Food Crate products, as well as for kennel accessories and Gunner Wear items. Personalized products (such as the Personalized Name Plate) are custom items and are final sale and non-returnable once the item has been processed.
We also accept returns and exchanges on unused kennels, although a shipping fee will be deducted for return cost. If you choose to ship a kennel back with a label provided by us, we will deduct $30 per kennel from the refund amount for the return shipping cost, for domestic orders in the lower 48. This is due to the bulk of the kennel and its freight cost.
All returns or exchanges must be started within 30 days of original delivery. If you are not satisfied, you may return it to us for a refund if it’s in the original condition, without cosmetic defects or noticeable use.
