Returns, Refunds, & Exchanges
All products sold through Wildrose Trading Company are tested in the field at Wildrose Kennels prior to being sold by the company. Wildrose Trading Company is committed to providing fine, high-quality products and services. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please return the item to us within ten (10) days of delivery along with a copy of your invoice for an exchange, refund, or store credit. Refunds can only be applied back to the original form of payment or store credit. Sale items are not eligible for return with the exception of a manufacturers defect that is not noted in the items description.
If your product is incorrect or in any way defective, we will provide you with a return label and refund your order in full, including shipping, when we receive the product, or replace the item with the correct or equivalent item. Order must be shipped for return within ten (10) days of original delivery for full refund.
If you are returning or exchanging a product for other reasons, the original item must be in new condition with all original tags attached (if applicable). Items returned in less than new condition will not receive a refund or be eligible for an exchange. Please contact us with any questions regarding the condition of your return. We can provide a return label to you and deduct that amount from your return or you can provide your own. Returns must be shipped within ten (10) days of original delivery date for full refund. Products can also be returned in store. You will receive a refund once we have received the product. Returned orders will be refunded, minus a 4% fee, which will be deducted from your refund. Returns will also not be refunded the original shipping costs. Exchanged items will require additional shipping costs, which will be due before the item ships.
All Sale Items are final sale. No returns, exchanges, or refunds.

Cancellations
If you request to cancel your order, the request must be placed before the item is shipped. Canceled orders will be refunded, minus a 4% fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
To start the return or exchange process, please email us at retail@ukalbs.com or call/text us at (662) 234-8636. Please have the name the order was placed under or the order number available.
Gunner Kennels
Gunner accepts returns & exchanges of unused/undamaged items. The process must be started within 30 days of original delivery. Please contact us to start a return.
Please note: All kennels ship in (1) large box. If you are considering returning or exchanging, keep your original box and floor liner in place. Failing to do so can result in an additional $100 return fee in addition to the 4% return fee for all returned items purchased from Wildrose Trading Company. If the customer does not keep the original box that the product arrived in, the customer will be responsible for the full return shipping cost of the kennel.
Free return shipping for unused Food Crate products, as well as for kennel accessories and Gunner Wear items. Personalized products (such as the Personalized Name Plate) are custom items and are final sale and non-returnable once the item has been processed.
We also accept returns and exchanges on unused kennels, although a shipping fee will be deducted for return cost. If you choose to ship a kennel back with a label provided by us, we will deduct $30 per kennel from the refund amount for the return shipping cost, for domestic orders in the lower 48. This is due to the bulk of the kennel and its freight cost.
All returns or exchanges must be started within 30 days of original delivery. If you are not satisfied, you may return it to us for a refund if it’s in the original condition, without cosmetic defects or noticeable use.
