Shipping policy

All shipments, excluding Gunner, MOmarsh, and Cato items, will be made within 48 hours of purchase (excluding weekends, holidays, and weather events) unless you are notified otherwise. Pick up times vary for USPS and UPS. Any orders placed after 9:00 am CT on weekdays cannot be guaranteed to be picked up the same day. All orders are subject to shipping and handling charges. At checkout, please choose the most appropriate shipping method for your delivery address. Wildrose Trading Company is not responsible for packages that are undeliverable to your selected address or by your selected shipping method. Returned shipments will require an additional shipping charge to reship the item or will be refunded, minus a 4% fee, and will not be refunded original shipping costs. Shipping available to the US only. If you are outside of the US, please send an email directly to retail@uklabs.com or call 662-234-8636 to place an order and shipping will be arranged. We are happy to ship worldwide when possible, excluding Gunner Kennel products, Cato Boards, and MOmarsh products. All launcher kits and ammo must be shipped via UPS ground shipping and cannot be shipped outside of the lower 48. 

Gunner, MOmarsh, and Cato items are shipping directly from our suppliers and may ship later than 48 hours after the order has been placed. These items typically ship in 1-5 business days. These items will either ship from UPS or FedEx at the discretion of the supplier. Shipping choice at checkout will be applied to any other items in your order outside of these items. These items are also only available for shipping to the lower 48.

For orders outside of the US, the customer is responsible for any and all additional fees, including but not limited to, import fees, taxes, and tariffs.
