All products sold through Wildrose Trading Company are tested in the field at Wildrose Kennels prior to being sold by the company. Wildrose Trading Company is committed to providing fine, high-quality products and services. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please return the item to us within 10 days of purchase along with a copy of your invoice for an exchange, store credit, or refund (minus a 3% restocking fee). Books, video tapes and sale items are not eligible for return with the exception of a manufacturers defect. Items sent for return are shipped at your expense and should be fully insured.

Freight Policy:
All shipments will be made within 48 hours of purchase unless you are notified otherwise. All orders are subject to shipping and handling charges. Please ensure you choose the most appropriate shipping method for your delivery address.
Payment Policy:
Wildrose Trading Company™ accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Google Pay, and Apple Pay. We also accept money orders and cashier/certified checks for all purchases. Personal or business checks will be accepted for prepaid orders, but allow 10 days for clearing before shipment. We cannot ship C.O.D. There is a $25 service charge for all returned checks. Be sure to include sales tax in the amount applicable for your state. Wildrose Trading Company™ will make every attempt to maintain prices as advertised. However, prices are subject to change without notice. Also, some quantities may be limited.
