Wildrose Kennels™, located in Oxford, Mississippi, an Orvis Endorsed Sporting Dog Facility, is the largest breeder, trainer and importer of British and Irish Labradors in North America. Wildrose is the home of "Drake" and “Deke,” the official mascots of Ducks Unlimited. Wildrose Kennels™ offers superb puppies, started and finished dogs from the finest British and Irish Labrador bloodlines available, the perfect complement to a sporting lifestyle.
It was only natural that in 2004 Wildrose Trading Company™ be formed to supply the needs of sporting dog owners and trainers with first-class training supplies and accessories. All products sold through Wildrose Trading Company are tested in the field at Wildrose Kennels prior to being sold by the company. Wildrose Trading Company is committed to providing fine, high-quality products and services. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please return the item to us within ten (10) days of purchase along with a copy of your invoice for an exchange, store credit, or refund. Sale items are not eligible for return with the exception of a manufacturers defect.
Returns, Cancelations, and Refunds:
If your product is incorrect or in any way defective, we will provide you with a return label and refund your order in full, including shipping, when we receive the product. Order must be shipped for return within ten (10) days of original delivery for full refund.
If you are returning a product for other reasons, we can provide a return label to you and deduct that amount from your return or you can provide your own. Returns must be shipped within ten (10) days of original delivery date for full refund. Products can also be returned in store. You will receive a refund once we have received the product. Returned orders will be refunded, minus a 3% fee, which will be deducted from your refund. Returns will also not be refunded the original shipping costs.

If you request to cancel your order, the request must be placed before the item is shipped. Canceled orders will be refunded, minus a 3% fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
Sale items are all final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless of manufacture defect not noted in the item description. Giveaway shirts are all final sale and cannot be returned, exchange, or refunded. Giveaway shirts can be exchanged for a different size depending on availability.
Freight Policy:
All shipments will be made within 48 hours of purchase (excluding weekends, holidays, and weather events) unless you are notified otherwise. All orders are subject to shipping and handling charges. At checkout, please choose the most appropriate shipping method for your delivery address. Wildrose Trading Company is not responsible for packages that are undeliverable to your selected address or by your selected shipping method. Returned shipments will require an additional shipping charge to reship the item or will be refunded, minus a 3% fee. Shipping available to Continental US and Canada only. If you are outside of the US and Canada please send an email directly to retail@uklabs.com or call 662-234-8636 to place an order and shipping will be arranged. We are happy to ship worldwide when possible, excluding Gunner Kennel products.
Payment Policy:
Wildrose Trading Company™ accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Google Pay, and Apple Pay. We also accept money orders and cashier/certified checks for all purchases. Personal or business checks will be accepted for prepaid orders, but allow 10 days for clearing before shipment. We cannot ship C.O.D. There is a $25 service charge for all returned checks. Be sure to include sales tax in the amount applicable for your state. Wildrose Trading Company™ will make every attempt to maintain prices as advertised. However, prices are subject to change without notice. Also, some quantities may be limited.
