This is the page for the guest meals only. Meals for participants are included in the price of the event sign-up.
Date of the event is October 17th-20th, 2025 on property at Wildrose Kennels in Oxford, Mississippi.
This price includes Cocktail Hour on Friday night ($15), Lunch Saturday and Sunday ($25 each), and Dinner on Saturday ($50). Please add this item to your cart for each guests attending meals. If your guest will not be attending all meals, please contact the store at 662-234-8636 or via email at retail@uklabs.com for separate pricing.
This can be added on either at the same time of the event sign-up or after, but please sign up no later than October 10, 2025 (one week prior to the event) as to allow us time to add your guests to our head count for our caterers. This can also be added without the event sign-up if you are simply coming to spectate and are not accompanying a participant.
Please add any necessary medical dietary restrictions in the note section of checkout (ie: allergies, intolerances, ect.)
