Gunner products are shipped via FedEx or UPS directly from our distributor, shipping chosen at checkout will apply to any other items in your order. Due to these items being shipped from our distributor, shipping times are not guaranteed and are excluded from our shipping policies. Standard processing time is 3-5 business days from the date the order is placed.

No Foam. Actual Recovery.
The Long Haul Bed uses a 3D loop bed core instead of traditional foam — designed specifically for maximum recovery between hard days. 100% non-toxic and formaldehyde-free. Safe, resilient, and engineered to hold its shape through repeated compression without breaking down over time.
Cleaning Instructions:
- Disassembles and reassembles in seconds with thoughtful construction, abrasion-tested materials & dual heavy-duty zippers.
- Cover: Spot clean first. If you need a more thorough clean, machine wash on cold in a gentle cycle. Air dry strongly suggested, but can be tumble dried (on low!) if in a pinch.
- Core: Simply hose off and let air dry.
Good To Know:
The Long Haul Bed is made with durable Oxford top fabric built for claws, movement, and repeat use and a non-skid 900D TPU base, but nothing is 100% "chew proof." This product may not be suitable for dogs who chew, those with anxiety, and/or teething puppies.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Gunner accepts returns & exchanges of unused/undamaged items. The process must be started within 30 days of original delivery. Please contact us to start a return.
Please note: All kennels ship in (1) large box. If you are considering returning or exchanging, keep your original box and floor liner in place. Failing to do so can result in an additional $100 return fee in addition to the 4% return fee for all returned items purchased from Wildrose Trading Company. If the customer does not keep the original box that the product arrived in, the customer will be responsible for the full return shipping cost of the kennel.
Return shipping for unused Food Crate products, as well as for kennel accessories and Gunner Wear items, is carrier rate for the item(s). Personalized products (such as the Personalized Name Plate) are custom items and are final sale and non-returnable once the item has been processed.
We also accept returns and exchanges on unused kennels, although a shipping fee will be deducted for return cost. If you choose to ship a kennel back with a label provided by us, we will deduct $55 per kennel from the refund amount for the return shipping cost, for domestic orders in the lower 48. This is due to the bulk of the kennel and its freight cost.
All returns or exchanges must be started within 30 days of original delivery. If you are not satisfied, you may return it to us for a refund if it’s in the original condition, without cosmetic defects or noticeable use.
